The museum is an autonomous entity that was designed to provide space for the diffusion of distinct manifestations of deign. Its objective is to generate an environment for investigation of and reflection on design.
This is a private non-for profit initiative, the only one of its kind in Centroamérica.
The Museum of Design generally opens its doors to the public Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. and on Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. It is located on the third floor of Euromobilia, 600 Mts. West of Canal 7, carretera a Pavas. For information please call (506) 296 3050 (ext. 150).
